Plot: When an unsuspecting woman stops at a remote gas station in the dead of night, she’s made the plaything of a sociopath sniper with a secret vendetta. To survive she must not only dodge his bullets and fight for her life, but also figure out who wants her dead and why.

Story: Night of the Hunted starts when Alice (Rowe) and her work colleague John (Scippio) travel home from a convention. After they stop at a remote gas station, Alice dodges bullets from a rogue sniper.
Alice must take shelter as she starts talking to the sniper over the radio. Even if she must figure out who the sniper is before he kills her. Alice becomes suspicious of anyone who visits and must keep them alive.
Verdict on Night of the Hunted
Night of the Hunted is a horror thriller following a woman who finds herself trapped in a remote gas station by a psychotic sniper. She must figure out how to survive and why the sniper is forcing her to play the games.
This is a tense horror thriller that uses the singular location to ramp up the tension. The story keeps us guessing as to what the sniper wants, twisting the motivation to fit the narrative. While the tension between Alice and the Sniper is excellent, as we know the threat. The idea that the sniper’s motivations tend to change takes away some of the intensity of what is on the table. Camille Rowe is great in the leading role, and her performance holds the whole film together.
Where to Watch: Night Of The Hunted will be in UK Cinemas and available to stream Shudder from 20th October and then available on TVOD from 20th November.
