Since our body cannot generate vitamins on their own, it is essential to consume food items that are rich in different types of vitamins. Vitamins are classified as fat soluble and water soluble vitamins. Fat soluble vitamins are the ones which automatically get restores in the fat cells of our body. Water soluble vitamins are the ones that cannot be stored. The excess part gets excreted in the form of human waste.
