Leaving on a Jet Plane
Today we’re off! By the time you’re reading this, I’ll probably be sleeping on a plane or watching Organe is the New Black in my seat (hopefully sitting by Jared). Is there anything better than the feeling of freedom? I love life, I love being productive and I love my job, but the best thing about working hard is playing hard.The day before vacations, I’m always stressed thinking about what I forgot or what could go wrong or how I’ll miss my puppies, but when I actually step outside my house and leave all the worries melt away. I realize how grateful I am for the opportunity to go on vacation and get some time with Jared, without having to stress about selling the Sandy House and everything else.
I meant to schedule posts for the week that I’ll be gone, but that didn’t happen. Whoops! So I’m going to try and journal/document our trip so that you can live vicariously through me or this hashtag on instagram #jandjbdayroadtrip
In case you hadn’t heard we are flying down to San Francisco, CA -> renting a car -> driving up the coast -> where we will fly home from Portland.
