My Motivation for Watching Knock at the Cabin
Expectation: Knock at the Cabin is a mystery horror from M. Night Shyamalan. I don’t think I need to same much more about it because he is one of my favorite directors. He always brings us unique stories that have great twists along the way. The trailer we have seen gave us a tease of the concept and it looks like it offers up a very interesting discussion for a movie. M Night has also made some interesting casting choices with Dave Bautista in what looks like a calm role, despite his imposing size. Rupert Grint returning to the big screen is also interesting to see.
Doubts: Knock at the Cabin will always have a major doubt hanging over it because of the twist reputation Shyamalan has. Despite him making a return to form, his most recent film have always had a big difference of opinion about them.
