Note: This illustration appears in Lal Behari Day's book Folk-tales of Bengal, which was published in 1912.

Warwick Goble was an illustrator of children's books who focused on Japanese and Indian themes. He was also the first person to illustrate H. G. Wells's The War of the Worlds.
