Hope Springs Eternal

It was sunny all last week here in the Pacific Northwest - I love the sunshine.  Today was rainy and windy - just when you think Spring has arrived...  But there are buds on the trees, and blooms poking up from the ground, everywhere I look.  It is a sign of life, brighter days, and good things to come!
There are days when hope feels beaten out of me, sometimes even weeks go by through which I wonder if I will ever truly overcome my struggles.  Then I read something, or hear another's story, or the sun simply shines and I think; "I will not give up, I will keep trying to uncover my peace.  I can do this, it IS possible."
