Goodbye Health Hungry

Posted on the 17 November 2012 by Healthhungry

I am ending my adventures here at Health Hungry.

I have learned so much, met so many amazing people, and felt incredibly honored by your support and presence.

There are a variety of reasons why I have come to this decision (after ongoing struggle) but the main reason is this: my personal journey in relationship to food and weight needs my private attention.

Please know that I am fighting every day to get better, and to find peace.  This decision is a positive choice in taking the best care of myself possible.

May you find compassion for yourselves and others.

Cheers to your Health!
