Take A Chance
If you see one looking at you or standing near you, take a chance and say hi.
* You shouldn't have to do anything special besides having the courage to say hello first in order for another human being to at least be respectful towards you. If that doesn't happen, walk away.
If while you are talking to her it seems to be going well, take a chance and grab her hand.
While you are playing with each others hands, take a chance and ask her if she wants to go watch a movie.
Do you view all this as trying to make girls like you, or finding out which ones already do?
Once you've slept and had relationships with all of the cute and cool girls who already like you, then you can spend your days and nights trying to convince the ones who don't. 
Sure, but even if women already like you - you still have to meet them, you still have to make attraction official and you still have to make that pleasure offer. Easier said than done, but you still can learn this stuff quick.


Time Wasters: Interest Level & Situational
And think about this, even the girls that like you take some time and effort. You can just imagine what a pain the girls that don't like you are going to be. But it's not that most girls don't like you. Most of the time it's just situational. She has a boyfriend, is married or likes someone else. A lot of times it' s due to her own hangups and issues. It's not you.


It's crazy to spend time with women who don't like you. But it's most dangerous to spend time with women who like you but given their situation can't be with you. For example, she flirts with you but has a serious boyfriend. Dude, it's not happening.


It's so hard to walk away because despite the fact you know they are time wasters, they actually like you. They are being cool to you. That's what makes it so difficult to leave. But you must do it.
