This French silk pie recipe can be enjoyed both before and after any meal (e.g. your dinner or your healthy lunch meal) or especially with afternoon tea.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 2/3 c Splenda
  • 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed
Directions:
  1. Cream butter and Splenda together.
  2. Melt chocolate and blend into butter mixture when cooled.
  3. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Add egg product.
  5. Beat well with mixer until smooth.
  6. Chill 1-2 hours minimum.
  7. Top with Cool Whip Free whipped cream, if desired.
