Five Netflix Shows To Watch

I have been trying to stop binge-watching television and try and watch as a responsible adult aka no more than a few episodes in one go. While some days I am successful, on other days I fail miserably. It is work in progress, but in the meantime I am sharing the last five shows I have watched on Netflix in the last couple of months.
Ozark - Season 2
If you loved the Season 1, then do continue watching. The world gets bigger, the stakes get higher, and the violence more frequent and dangerous. It expands and grows without ever bogging down or dragging. The plot moves swiftly and with urgency, and character growth, especially among the females, was well-earned...The season is mesmerizing and merciless.

The Haunting of Hill House

The Haunting of Hill House is not only super scary, but this family drama is also fantastically well made. One could argue that the scariest part of the series is how eerily spot-on the casting is between the children, the parents and their grown-up counterparts.

House Of Cards - Season 6

Netflix's original flagship drama, this time without Frank Underwood. The series moves to its final season now anchored by Robin Wright's Claire Underwood. Claire was always the most interesting character, to be honest. While many have been complaining about the season, I thought it was bold and badass.

Bodyguard
Pure, can’t-take-your-eyes away entertainment that’s bound to have you saying “just one more episode before bed.” It is a well-crafted crime thriller, which is what the BBC does best, that gets better and better with each episode. We binge-watched it straight over the weekend.
Patriot Act With Hasan MinajHasan Minhaj has now followed in the footsteps of John Oliver (Last Week Tonight). There’s no desk, no correspondents; instead, the focus is almost entirely on Minhaj, who delivers jeremiads about the subjects of the day — such as the affirmative action lawsuit against Harvard, or the international crisis surrounding the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi — while strutting the stage, with helpful graphics popping up in the background.

What have you been watching lately?
Moving on the the outfit post ... Last year I had shared about prAna - a sustainable brand - with you guys. I am excited to feature them again today with one of the most stylish jackets I have every worn. The Diva Jacket is soft, warm, true-to-size and super flattering. It is also a perfect layering piece, while thick and warm enough for the transitional weather, it is also light enough to be worn under a heavy coat during peak of winter. This is going to be one of my go-to pieces this season. You can also check out their winter collection and use the code: WPTRF18 to get 15% off your order.
