Carrot Cake Oatmeal, Take 2

Breakfast this morning was a redo of the carrot cake oatmeal I made awhile back.  This time around I omitted the brown sugar, added some cinnamon and nutmeg along with the vanilla  and used regular yogurt (since that's what I had open) instead of greek.  All good changes except the yogurt, the 'icing' was too runny with regular yogurt so next time I'll definitely be sticking with greek.  A good start to the weekend though!
For the first time in a long time I actually felt HOT while eating this- Spring must be here! (that or I'm getting sick and have a fever I guess :))
It's off for a walk then I'm hoping to treat myself to lunch in Denver before going in to work this afternoon.
