One of the best things about blogging continues to be all the access to information and interesting people (mostly!). I would not know about half the things I know today, if I didn't continue to blog all this while.  I was recently contacted by a D.C.-based Peruvian restaurant: Pisco y Nazca - to come and try their bottomless brunch. I could not refuse, simply because it reminded me of the Peruvian drink: Chicha Morada. It has been over a year and a half since our visit to Peru and in my personal opinion they had the most satisfying vegetarian options (and drinks!). Travel post still pending. Too many drafts, not enough <blogging. time. I am so glad I got an opportunity to try  Pisco y Nazca's brunch menu. It lived up to my memories of Peru and was as satisfying and delicious as I had expected. They offer both an a la carte and three-course prix fixe menu with endless options to choose from. For $30, one can enjoy a curated three-course prix fixe menu featuring Tostones (the chef was kind enough to prepare a vegetarian option for me), Avocado Toast, Chicken and Waffles, French Toast and more. You can also add a bottomless option for $18 that includes Sangria Blanca, Sangria Brava, Mimosa or Passion Mimosa! But if you asked me, I'd say order Chicha Morada.
