Berliner Melon Weisse – Brasserie Dunham

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Brasserie Dunham in Dunham Quebec comes their "berliner melon weisse". The beer pours a cloudy yellow colour with a white head and some mild sediment. The aroma consists of mild funk, melon, lemon and some spices maybe coriander. The flavour is of sour funk, lemon, orange, melon, grassy hops and some wheat. The alcohol content comes in at 3.9% with an IBU of 8. Not only is this a tasty beer but it is one of the more balanced Berliner Weisse on the market.
