Add This to Your Fish Oil

Fish oil is well known to benefit the joints, nourish the brain and much more but it can oxidize in the body  forming carcinogenic free radicals.

How to keep your fish oil from doing that? Just add 400IU  of mixed tocopherols Vitamin E (not just d-alpha as you want the entire E complex and definitely not dl-alpha…the dl indicates it is a synthetic Vitamin E).

How simple…adding a vitamin that helps the heart and brain to keep your fish oil safe. As my granddaughter says: Easy Peasy:)
