Most of us hate eating oats. Sure it is power packed and keeps us healthy but how many of us love to eat it? Porridge or oats is considered to be s very bland meal.

But there is nothing better to kick start the day than oats. Here are 8 ways to make oats more appealing:

  • Apple Pie

If you love to dig in to apple pie then this flavored oats is what you should try.

Simple add pureed apple sauce or chopped apple, along with a dash of cinnamon, maple syrup and walnuts to make it seem as if you are biting in to a slice of apple pie.

  • Pumpkin Pie

If you wish you enjoyed Pumpkin pie all year round and not just during Halloween this is the way to go about it.

Stir in pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling), along with the other spices that make pumpkin pie what it is such as cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

  • Chocolate Honey delight

For chocolate lovers, who wish chocolate dominated every part of their lives, mix few teaspoons of instant chocolate drinking powder (for mild taste) or cocoa powder (for a richer chocolate flavor) along with a dash of honey for an almost sinful experience of healthy oats.

  • Berry blast

Add some zing to regular boring oats, by mixing in some berries that not only will make it more interesting to eat but are also very nutritious.

You can choose from a variety of berries like strawberry, blueberry, raspberry etc… to add to your oats make with milk and sugar.
