These are all the passwords, unlock levels with them:
- PYLQ password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 25
- BFCB password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 13
- YLZD password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 29
- FZVM password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 33
- FKYQ password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 17
- DXBR password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 21
- FRPJ password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 41
- FZVM password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 37
- NBGW password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 9
- BLHR password: Use this cheat to unlock levels > Level 45 with all 10 victims

You can use these cheats or password multiple times, so you can unlock the levels as many times as you want
Nintendo Switch
It seems that none of the previous passwords works on the Nintendo Switch version, only on SNES, and that at the moment there are no cheats for Switch
