A third of workers aren’t fully functioning until over four hours after they’ve woken, a survey has found. An infographic, produced by New Zealand Honey Co., looked at the morning routine of office workers and found out exactly why there’s a depressing lack of energy in our early starts.
Researchers, who surveyed the morning habits of 2,000 employees, found 13% of individuals do not have a conversation with another human being until 90 minutes after waking up.
In addition, it was also revealed that one-third of participants skip breakfast at least four times a week, despite the fact 38% believe it is the most important meal of the day.
