Hello Freckles Zoeva Rose Gold Make Up BrushesI just can't help myself when there's rose gold on offer, so when I saw these Zoeva brushes popping up online I knew I had to take a closer look.
Hello Freckles Zoeva Rose Gold Make Up Brushes Review
At 65 euros that's just under £50 and you can pay around £20-25 for one of the Real Techniques starter sets containing 4 brushes. Here for just over double you can have 8 brushes that have a really sophisticated, elegant feel.

So, are they worth the money? 100% yes! They work out just over £6 per brush, not including the generous sized clutch that's really softand a great size for travel makeup, or to store your brushes on the go. Not only do these rose gold beauties look the part on your dressing table, they're super soft and maintain their shape after washing. The synthetic bristles make them great for use with powder, liquid and cream formulas.

I still opt for my Sephora Airbrush 55 brush to apply foundation, but for eyeshadow, blush and the odd time I feel like giving my face some contoured definition, these are the brushes I reach for, especially the Luxe Soft Definer that's a serious dupe for the MAC 217.

It seems that since I bought these as a late Christmas treat (I have been using them since mid January) they've now announced another rose gold set, this time with lighter handles. I'm fond of the contrast between the rose gold, or romantic copper as Zoeva describe it, against the black handles.

I actually think I rate these brushes higher than my Real Techniques ones now, though I'm still eyeing up those Bold Metals... What did I tell you about rose gold?

Which are your favorite makeup brushes?
