I was recently introduced to the brand Zadig & Voltaire through Pinterest – yes, Pinterest. The almighty source for all things inspiration related. The pins I stumbled across were from last season, but this seasons looks from the Fall/Winter lookbook are equally if not more stunning than last seasons! If you follow me on Twitter you know that I’m already planning out my fall/winter wardrobe and looks, and have been gathering inspiration from magazines, lookbooks, Pinterest, and plenty of other sources for the past couple of weeks. This lookbook is definitely bookmarked as inspiration for the upcoming cooler months!
Key style pointers to take away from this lookbook: Invest in high quality boots, whether your preference be booties, knee high, otk, etc. Booties, especially cut – out booties are popping up everywhere for fall/winter this season. Look for structured pieces with interesting details. Think interesting hems and shapes, and details such as zippers and leather elbow patches on your sweaters. Don’t forget to add some shine and texture to your outfits, and lastly, a slouchy sweater will go a long ways! Trust me on this – I lived in my black and white striped oversized sweater from H&M last season.
