The Bad Boy CEO encouraged the industry to “do more” to offer underrepresented groups “the chance to compete” in the business.
Last night I had the honor of making the opening speech at the Kaitz Foundation Dinner for cable diversity week. We’re at a interesting time where there’s a spotlight on race around the world. It’s effecting millions of kids who feel they don’t have a position or a voice because of the lack of diversity in television and film. @RevoltTV is giving a voice to people who don’t have a voice. The message we’re giving out is one of positivity and hope! @RevoltTV wants to compete just like any other network! Let’s challenge ourselves to do more to keep the balance!!
Yvonne Orji was a hit as emcee for the event, and so was this velvet suit. The actress wore Alice and Oliva, House of Chapelle, and Ted Baker shoes.
