During the special operation ‘Yukthiya’ conducted by the Sri Lanka Police and its Special Task Force (STF) in 24 hours, the following quantities of narcotics were seized.
The narcotics that were seized had 276 grams of heroin, 2.98 kg of crystal methamphetamine (Ice) and 4,310 narcotic pills.
A total of 952 suspects have been arrested during the operation.
