A Back Garden Marquee Wedding Near York
Boy Joe & Girl Jo Got Married!
I love weddings where the couple inject an element of themselves into their day. Nothing does this better than having your breakfast and evening reception in your parents back garden. Jo & Joe had a lovely church wedding officiated by their friend’s father who happens to be the vicar at the church and then a brief stop for photos along the way back to Joe’s parents house for a marquee in his mother’s (GORGEOUS!) back garden. They even had a friend sing during the ceremony and for their first dance. Everything was just so personal. They had a whale of an afternoon with an absolutely fantastic bouquet toss! I do love a good bouquet toss – nothing says wedding like a rugby scrum for flowers….hehehe.
