Yes Your Highness is a kingdom sim game where you can build an empire, drive away enemies, attract friends, and add to the royal family. You can do almost everything that a king or queen would do in the game.
Yes, Your Highness has a lot of fun parts, and this guide will help you get through the most important ones.
Romance and Family
We’ll start with the hot stuff since that’s how the game starts. You only have one partner at the beginning of the game, but you can find more, just like the ancient kings did.
The Backyard building is where you can take care of all your personal and family matters. Your lovers will be in the Lover tower, and you can sometimes go on Random Dates with them.
You can also use the Award button to pick out a specific lover to gift something to or use the Summon button to spend the night with that lover. If your partner is the opposite sex, you may be able to have children through Summon and Random Dates.
Bringing Up Kids
Below the Lover tower of the Backyard is the Offspring area, where you will be able to raise your kids. When there is a chance to raise a child’s level of growth and development, press the up button below their panel.
Every time a child hits a growth limit, you must choose a direction for them to take. Each child has a skill or natural improved stats, and you can base your choices on that.
Weddings in the Family
Your territory’s health will be affected by your kids’ growth, including their marriage. Once your child becomes an adult, they will move into the Backyard’s Marriage area to wait for someone to take their hand.
Accept ideas via the Request list or send them yourself to the public server. Offspring of other people can accept them. If they get married, you will gain the stats of your offspring’s partner, further strengthening your domain.
Meeting New Loves
To create a vast lineage, you can win the hearts of more characters. There are two ways to do this. The first is simply raising your kingdom’s Power grade. When it achieves certain goals, a lover will be given to you.
After the Post House is built, the second approach may be pursued. Here you may visit locations to boost your image, but you can also run into beauty on chance encounters. They will start to be your lover after enough meetings.
You can also get lovers through events and other exclusive prizes.
Creating Your Empire
As the master in Yes Your Highness, your main job is to develop your kingdom’s wealth. You can do this by creating and improving buildings. Remember that your growth is bound by the level of your main building, the Town.
Buildings in Yes Your Highness are like Evony: The King’s Return because they have defined places. At town level ten, you’ll gain the ability to move around buildings. However, they can only be put in chosen areas.
Here are the sorts of buildings you are going to set up and what they can do for you.
Producing Gold
Premises that produce gold, like the Farm and Smithy, can increase output when there’s an assigned renter. Tap any of these buildings and press the + button to add an open reserve.
Gold-producing buildings need to be improved at least five times to house one servant. You can have up to three agents per building to increase productivity.
Functional Buildings
Functional buildings are ones you can employ to handle other aspects of rulership. Two such instances of this are the Council Chamber, where you handle realm matters, and the Backyard for your home issues.
There are very few simultaneous efforts to make use of these structures. others you can use again in a few minutes; others you can use after a day. There will be an exclamation mark above them indicating their availability.
Housing the Homeless
Like the residents of Fallout Shelter, vagrants are homeless NPC inviteable into your colony. For these folks, your Asylum beyond the city gates produces broth. Tap the Asylum to call forth a vagrant when food is plentiful.
Then they will hang around your Vagrant Shelter. Create a house for them, then use the + symbol when space becomes available to formally register vagrants as citizens.
This will raise output of gold generally. One at a time, the Asylum lets you save vagrants; however, there’s a method you can obtain them in mass. That’s via conflicts.
The Art of Stage Fighting
While stage fights are where you may find plenty of vagrants, the central narrative of Yes Your Highness takes place here as well.
Every stage chapter has a situation in which you have to decide among many choices for communication.
This will determine your course of action on the story; each conversation choice yields a distinct incentive.
Battles are straight forward; you won’t have to press many buttons throughout the combat. Actually, hitting the go button on the bottom right side of the screen will let you just go through every wave. The Quick Battle option lets you sprint across levels as well.
As long as your army is more than the rival’s and you have enough money, you will win. Strong retainers help to increase military might.
Retainers
Apart from improving cash creation, servants can help you out in fights. They are the fighters who face off against the boss in each chapter, so they’re pretty crucial for your army.
There are four servant stats that affect your kingdom in different ways. These are Military, Politics, Commerce, and Wisdom. The same stats are used by your children.
You can get a new retainer from special prizes and every time you promote your picture in the Player Profile area. Promotion will become possible when you collect enough experience points from stage fights.
Enhancing Retainers
Retainer button in the bottom left side of the main game screen shows all your acquired champions. Touch one hero you want to enhance.
By clicking the yellow up arrow—which costs combat EXP—you can improve all of their stats. Alternatively, visit the Aptitude panel at the bottom of the screen or the Improve button on the right to raise a certain statistic. Both call for certain supplies.
Beside aptitude is the skill panel with individual metrics. Skill EXP will let you enhance them; however, you won’t acquire them until the College building is erected. You may have retainers study for hours here and produce skill EXP.
Related Lovers
Every love partner in this semi-dating simulator relates to one retainer. That is shown on your partner’s Skill section.
You will get intimacy EXP whether you move on your sweetheart in any kind. Once you acquire sufficient of them, you may raise the skill level of your lover to increase a certain stat of their connected retainer.

Strengthening Romantic Bonds Before Starting a Family
Every child gets a type of rarity designation, much like characters in gacha games. Ordinary, ordinary, and so forth. Their starting stats and course of cultivation will be better the more rare they are.

Join or Create an Alliance
Alliances provide shops to visit, extra missions to do, leaders to take down, and prizes to gather. Basically, participating in an alliance diversifies your gaming in many respects.
Playing with individuals on your side still has advantages even if player interaction isn’t as ideal as, say, Clashing of Clans or Lords Mobile.
You have to first create the Alliance building before you can join an alliance. You may start a group or join one. The former is free; the latter will set you back jewels.
Don’t Rely on Quests Too Much
You will go through the game by following the major missions in Yes Your Highness on the bottom left side of the screen. Some buildings, like the Alliance building, are not featured in the quest sequence however.
Should you just pursue the main path of advancement, you may pass by the advantages of these structures.
To be sure you haven’t omitted any structures, check the Build icon at the bottom right side of your city screen. Should an exclamation point exist, you still have to build a framework.
