After having posted a photo of himself and his friends on social media, Gaon came under attack by the news media for what they described as his "provocative" ascent to the Mount. In this appearance on Israel's Galei Tzahal radio show, Gaon expresses his love for the Temple Mount and his dismay at the negative attitude displayed by his associates in the media, as well as the absurd government policy of forbidding any form of Jewish expression or identification while on the Temple Mount.
