The Yak-11 was a trainer aircraft used by the Soviet Air Force and other Soviet-influenced air forces from 1947 until 1962. This aircraft was raced at Reno in 1989 and 1991 and sports a race design propeller, among other modifications. This one, named “Black Moose”, is seen departing the annual Pacific Coast Dream Machines Show. Nikon D70s w/80-200mm.
