Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of its new Notebook on its official Weibo account. The Weibo posts stated that the new Xiaomi Notebook will be Thinner, Lighter and will be a powerful device.
It is interesting to note that the company has teased a lot of information before the launch. The post on official Mi Notebook page on Weibo shows a Mi Notebook with a 4G port on the right side of the Notebook and 4G connectivity icon and the launch date on the screen on the notebook. There is a USB type C port along a with a full sized USB port visible in the poster released by Xiaomi

The 4G port would mean that you would not need an external modem to connect to the Internet, which is pretty interesting. The China Mobile logo present on the post also indicate the same.
Mi Notebook Air was first launched in China in July 2016 and came in two variants — 13.3-inch and 12.5-inch — both running Windows with a full-HD display, full-metal body and type-C USB charging, Windows 10 Home, two USB 3.0 slots and an HDMI slot along with a full-sized backlit keyboard.
The 12.5 inches model retails at approx. Rs 34,000 or 3499 CNY/$540, while the larger 13.3 inches, flagship model is priced at approximately Rs. 49,000 or 4,999 CNY/$750. There is not much information regarding the costs however, it would be really interesting to see if Xiaomi plans to launch the laptop outside China as well.
