XBox Complaint System is Terrible

Posted on the 28 July 2012 by Nikki @KCBlogger78

I just submitted this to the XBox Forum under "New Feedback Forum"

lets see what happens.

Your complaint system is terrible. Filing them via xbox console is not the best option. People file complaints and you have no proof of why the complaint is being filed. You have to go off assumtions. I have heard people say they were filing a complaint on someone that is not even legitamite complaint. Meaning false complaints are being filed all the time and you have no way or proof to support their complaints. I have been told by other gamers that they are gonna file a complaint on me for lagging or modding. The problem with this is that when my internet is not working properly, like it has in the past/recently I got accused of lagging which has never been the case. for the past four months my ISP has been to my house on 10 different occassions in regards to my internet problems, I just got it fixed 2 weeks ago. My service had to be re-wired. I have also been accused of modding my controller cause I can shoot an MK14 pretty fast. so cause my trigger finger is a litter faster than theirs I get a complaint. That is crap. I use the controllers I buy from gamestop and if any of these gamers really knew me they would know I am a BIG HATER OF MODDERS, GLITCHERS, LAGGERS AND CHEATERS all around. My new website even makes it clear.

When you code of conduct a player you do realize that people just go out and get a new gamertag under a new email address. That is just another way for you all to bank more money out of gamers. That is just not right. You need to come up with a way to ban the people from xbox all together. So why do you think your system is so great. Your company brings in millions of dollars a year and you all can't come up with a new system! Wow.

I am a gamer and have been since I was a kid and I am now 34 and a woman. do you realize how much harrassment I get? It is unreal. I don't even have to say anything to anyone and people will just come at me rudely for being a girl. I get called a *** daily, get told I need to know my place which is in the kitchen, and that I need to be on my back like a good ***. This is unacceptable.

People get online and flex their internet muscles, I am not flexing muscles, I am posting to internet now for the world to see how people are treated, but until you all lay down the law for real it will never stop. There are rules in real life that we have to follow, you all have a set of rules that you want people to follow but you don't really enforce them enough.

My husband got banned for 24 hours for having the word "***' in his bio. I run across people with stuff in their gamertags that may not be spelled politically correct but you know what it means and I never see those people with code of conduct.  Exp:    Stupid Beaches is a real gamer tag and it translates to "Stupid ***". doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Also this gamer I just played with earlier, I did not say anything to him, when the game was loading he started in on me cause I was a girl. he was on the other team during the game but once we got back to the lobby the bashing for no reason started in. Again I was told that because I am a woman I should know my place, which is in the kitchen or on my back! Called me a *** like 15 times for no reason. he also had a cheerleader in the lobby with him saying the same things and his gamertag is xMIZZOUBEASTx. I am to the point where I am recording this stuff and will be posting on my own website for anyone and everyone to hear.

If you want input on a new system you are more than welcome to contact me as I am a true gamer and don't tolerate people breaking the rules. If I have to follow them so should everyone else. I have even applied to be a monitor and have been denied, probably cause of the false complaints I have recieved which is not fair.  I would make a great monitor during gameplay, I can keep my mouth shut sit back, listen and let people hang themselves.
