Chef Nico Simeone will be asking guests to TRUST him and his team to do just that.
We are big fans of 111 by Nico and this new menu sounds interesting. Promising to never be the same dinner twice, the TRUST menu begins with an amuse bouche highlighting local ingredients, then guests enjoy individual courses such as pasta, lamb, asparagus or fish - the options will be endless. The five-course tasting menu will end on a sweet note with a decadent dessert.
