Worried About the Emirates

The news is reporting that Israel's Health Ministry is concerned by the increase in CoronaVirus spread in the United Arab Emirates, and are worried they might have to declare Dubai "red" - and they really don't want to do that. 
I am not sure why they really don't want to do that - perhaps so as not to upset the Emirates while building a fresh new hot relationship with all the swooning going on by Israelis.
Stop worrying so much about other countries and worry more about keeping things under control here. It is not like we have mastered it ourselves and can now worry about other countries. Let them deal with it how they know best and let us focus on squashing the increasing spread of the virus by us.
Besides, it is probably going up in the Emirates now because of all the Israelis suddenly traveling there and even making weddings there
