Farmer’s Choice are an online butchers, green grocers and deli that deliver completely free range, British meats and produce to homes across the UK.  As a guest author on their page today I am presenting three delicious Brazilian Grilling Recipes just in time for today's start of the World Cup in Brazil!  Go England!

Delicious Grilled Chicken Breasts with a fabulous Chimichurri Sauce!  Chimichurri Sauce is a type of Green Sauce which is very popular in South America.  It's spicy with lots of garlic and herbs, and it goes wonderfully with grilled poultry and meats!  The chicken in this recipe is first marinated in some of the sauce and then grilled to perfection and served with more sauce on the side.  Delicious!   If you're not fond of chicken, then try it with steak or pork.  Fabulous!

Brazilian Roasted Garlic Sirloin.  I haven't been to Brazil, but I have been to the Brazilian chain of eateries in America called Tocanos and I have to say their Spit Roasted Garlic Sirloin was one of my favorite things they served.  This is my version of the same!  Delicious!  Steak, coarse salt and garlic are a fabulous combination!  Simple and easy to do!

Spiced Beef Pastel.   Delicious little hand pies filled with a beautifully tasty spiced mixture.  Perfect for eating out of hand while you watch the games!  Usually they are fried, but my recipe is baked, which makes it a tiny bit healthier!  They are also known as Empanadas, but no matter what you call them, they are delicious and not as difficult to make as you might think!
