I completed the first canvas in this pair of abstract paintings, and began work on the second, starting with the background I'd painted earlier. This time I began the center pattern with lime green instead of aqua, as I had with the last painting. Then I drew with aqua, and then cobalt. After drawing the lines for each pattern, I dipped a small brush into glaze medium and blended the paint to fill in each drawn shape.
Next time I'll finish.
