Verdict on Woman in the Maze

Woman in the Maze is a horror mystery following a young woman who finds her new home is cursed. She doesn’t believe it to start with but soon finds herself trapped in the walls as her friends try to figure out what has happened to her.

This is a horror with a strong concept and plenty of talking points to play along with. However, it doesn’t seem to hit the top marks it is trying to achieve. The mystery is interesting but doesn’t seem to get brought out enough. While following the supporting cast trying to help takes away from the individual battle Gabbi is facing. In the end, the film struggles to get the most out of everything it has, leading us to a watchable but not as intense experience.

Final ThoughtsWoman in the Maze has a great concept for added scares.
