Chef/patron, John Quigley operates Red Onion in the city centre of Glasgow and has a good few stories to tell over the years.

John started his career in London's West End where he quickly learned the tricks of the trade.

He then took the opportunity to travel the world as a private chef to rock stars and celebrities such as Bryan Adams, Tina Turner and Guns n Roses.

John has opened Red Onion 2005 along with his wife Gillian, and it has gone from strength to strength serving delicious food.
