I talk a lot on this blog about looking and feeling radiant. It comes from the inside out, so I do a lot more than share my stash of herbal and natural wellness tips. I like to write about that confrontation with our internal obstacles, those gremlins that keep us stuck and trip us up on the path to vitality.
And while I love to write about all these topics, I’ve discovered that it’s even more exhilarating to share my knowledge and tools with women one-on-one. When I see that light bulb go off and I watch a woman take steps to true transformation – well, I am seriously lit up myself. This is my heart’s calling, my deep service.
The turning season – moving toward light and new growth here in the Northern hemisphere – is inspiring me to reach out and connect with more women this way. I’d like to help YOU get your radiance on!

Personally I love that feeling of anticipation as I feel the Wheel turning again, it makes me feel more connected to Mama Earth.
It’s also inspiring a desire in me to connect more personally with YOU!
I want to help you feel more radiant, vibrant and motivated as we move into that perfect Earth balance of the Equinox.

I’m running a ‘contest’ over on the blog.
You may or may not know that I work one-on-one with people (mostly women) as their personal herbalist and “Radiance Coach-sultant.” I help stoke that inner pilot light by building a foundation of physical wellbeing, while tackling those internal demons that can hold you back from being who you want to be and living the life you want to live.
It’s not just herbalism or health coaching and it’s not quite ‘life’ coaching – but a hybrid of it all.
It’s me being there for you – to offer exactly what you need in this moment, at this stage of your life, to feel utterly vibrant and energized from the inside out.
