Wimbledon: Rain Stops Play? NEVER!

It’s week two of Wimbledon 2012 – and as I type, Djokovic and Troicki are slugging it out on Centre Court.
The roof is on, keeping the rain off proceedings, but the crowd on Henman Hill outside are waiting patiently for Andy Murray’s game to resume. Their umbrellas are up – and so are their spirits. It’s only a little rain!
Similarly, here at the outdoor screen in New Street Square near Fleet Street…

… rain hasn’t dampened the public’s ardour for the world’s greatest tennis tournament either!
