Wilder Style: A Sandal I'm Lusting After (and) An Outfit to Match It
It's been a while since I've seen a shoe that surprised me as much as this Chloe sandal (I love surprises when they look this good). What gets me about these is the number of different elements that have been incorporated into the design, from the stacked heel to the peep toe to the slipper-like front piece. It's a smorgasbord of a shoe that somehow comes together in an elegant and lovely way. I'm so into it that I've built an outfit around it, all from Barney's. Because unfortunately, buying everything just isn't an option, so instead you readers are the lucky recipients of what happens when I lust after clothes (after the jump).

But what's a beautiful shoe all by itself? I'd keep the neutral colors going with this stunning dress from The Row. I love the cut of the sleeves, its length, and the little scarf it comes with.

And then, because this is my blog and it's essentially make-believe internet dress-up time, I'd put on these awesome Oliver People's glasses:

And maybe, just maybe, if I were feeling bold enough, I'd top it all off with a hat. Like this one from Miansai (which is for men, but honestly, who cares):

I'd probably need some awesome necklace to complete my outfit. Sooo how about this lovely charm from Me&Ro? Nothing like a skull to keep things interesting.

Phew. Hopefully, now that I've posted about these beautiful things, I won't drain my bank account. But it's always touch and go. In a moment of weakness (or after dinner and some wine) anything is possible.
