This Friday November 29th, Blu Ray screening of Wild Style at the Arena Cinema, in Hollywood at 6:50PM (PST). Following Wild Style, Downtown 81 will be screened at 8:15PM (PST).
Patti Astor will speak after the film is screened.

These Downtown Indie movies, both narrative musicals (not documentaries), starring the pioneers of their scenes which over lapped- Lee Quinones and Fab 5 Freddy stars of Wild Style made cameos in Downtown 81; Glenn O’Brien writer of Downtown 81 had a great cameo in Wild Style. Chris Stein worked on the Wild Style soundtrack, Patti Astor star of the downtown club scene rocked Wild Style
