Much of the time, pursuing a Cert IV in a field that you’re already well-versed in has the advantage of allowing you to take your skills to the next level, and learn what any of the higher ups already know. In the case of something like the Diploma in Building and Construction, the student will be actively learning how to supervise and manage construction work, which will fast-track them on their career trajectory. Although you might think that you don’t have the time to go back and study, these courses are actually offered part-time to ensure that even the busiest tradies can have the time on hand to advance their learning.
