It's always a treat finding comedies that are written and executed well; especially when the television world we have filling our screens right now is an ocean full of reality shows. So, wh en a great comedy like "My Name Is Earl" was cancelled from NBC and given no ending and then a great comedy in the making like "Bad Judge" is cancelled without getting even getting a real chance on the network, it leaves you feeling bitter at NBC for getting it wrong once again.

"Bad Judge" stars "Grey's Anatomy" and "Private Practice" veteran Kate Walsh who plays a judge that enjoys living on the wild side, but is one of the most respected jurists when behind the bench. Kate Walsh does an exceptional job in portraying Judge Rebecca who is trying to her best to balance her messy life. Walsh's comedic timing and presence in each scene really works well throughout each episode and her comedic ensemble keeps up Judge Rebecca and all her bad ass shenanigans.

Watching "Bad Judge" has ultimately turned out to be the worst foreplay that I have had with a television show in a long time. Just when I had finally started to fall in love with a new comedy on television, it's taken away - just like that it's over. Now there's not going to be a chance to watch seasons of episode, which culminate to one big mind blowing, yet comforting release that would have been a series finale.

Like a one night stand, NBC warmed fans up, had their way with them, and just like that it's over. The show is now cancelled and we're left wondering where it all went wrong. Had Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's Gary Sanchez Productions released "Bad Judge" on Netflix or Hulu it would be getting picked up for Season 2 right now - how dissapointing.
