My apologies for the headline, especially if you’re a Chelsea fan. But that wouldn’t be weird if it did happen, would it? Considering Chelsea are in the Roman Abrahimovich era – An era when a coach should and MUST win a trophy every season, win it with style and beat their rivals. Or else… (Ask Carlo Ancelotti)

Having just signed a 3-year contract with the blues, Andre Villas-Boas arrives at Stamford bridge ; young, a nice career ahead of him and with the world seemingly at his feet. According to some papers “The perfect man to finally lead the blues to a Champions league victory” “The next Jose Mourinho” “The saviour” “Blah blah blah” However, one thing is certain : He’ll surely have a lot of work to do at the bridge, some decisions to make, players to buy and sell. For an inexperienced and young coach (yes, the same age as Frank Lampard!) like Andre, the pressure will be felt. “No doubt the challenge for me is to keep winning, Andre told Chelsea TV. “I am an individual who has that hunger for success and wants to keep it that way, this is the most important thing, it is not about my arrival, and it is about the continued success of this club. “Let us reflect on the past six years on what we have achieved and WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE IN THE NEXT SIX YEARS” Will he stay that long? What do you think? Feel free to post your comments below. However, let’s wish him the best of luck and hope he succeeds at his new club.
