Bio
Born in Paterson, NJ and raised in Teaneck, NJ, DJ Pinnacle has been in the entertainment and nightlife industry since 2006 Dee Jaying and hosting parties. He quickly began to make a name for himself, by spinning in small bars in Teaneck, NJ. In the same year he met signature Hustlaz inc, which gave him his break in NYC at the Ashford & Simpson owned sugar bar; also doing various VFW/post parties in NJ. One of his biggest breaks was working at the former Drama nightclub in Fairview, New Jersey with the late DJ Carl blaze of New York city‘s power 105.1fm brand. In 2007 DJ Pinnacle had linked up with an up and coming New Jersey promotional team called D&R entertainment at club TNY (now known as touch) on 52nd st bet 10th & 11th. Where he earned a opening/closing spot on Friday nights every week. From there he took off to do numerous clubs and work with some of the top names and DJ teams in the industry today. In 2008 he began to do more colleges, clubs in New York City and New Jersey. In early 2009 he hooked up with D&G entertainment with clothing line owners Darrin Chandler and Gino Weaver (chosen royalty clothing), working at Paterson, New Jersey’s Aydins; which became New Jersey’s number one college party on Thursday nights. There he would work with some of radio’s top Dee jays, today’s hottest artists and celebrities. He started to gain even more popularity working with some of the tri-states hottest promoters. He’s also worked with Funk Master Flex and DJ Bobby Trends of hot 97 fm on Wednesday nights at Plumm, Prime, retreat and Quo nightclub in New York City. In 2010 gained more exposure as he opened up for the world famous DJ Clue of power 105.1 fm at club Quo in New York City. That event opened up more doors and business opportunities for him such as a chance to work with former def jam artist Razah; an R&B artist from Brooklyn who he later became his tour DJ. Along a chance to also work with rapper, actor and poet Albe best known for his role in the movie “ATL” Able and Pinnacle did a few concerts together. One of the biggest events he has done was Hot 97 fm Puerto Rican day parade after party at Webstar hall in New York city working alongside hot 97 fm‘s DJ Enuff and DJ Kast One. Later that year he dropped his first official mixtape with former jive recording artist Lee Carr entitled “Next Level R&B.” The year 2010 was capped off by the launching of www.djpinnacle.com this was his first official website. This move solidified his place at New York city’s Promenade nightclub complex as their resident Dee jay from the winter of 2010 to march 2011; making him the first New Jersey DJ not to be on a big market Radio show to have a residency at a major New York club for over a year. While there he had the two biggest nights the club had seen in about a year. With his annual celebrity birthday bash in November of 2010 and his one year anniversary party in March of 2011. In May of 2011 DJ Pinnacle was featured at one of the hottest nightclubs in New York called HK aka (hell’s kitchen) on west 39th st and 9th avenue with power 105.1′s DJ Will and DJ Suss One. DJ Pinnacle is considered one of the top young Dee jays to come out of tri-state area nightlife circuit in many years. With working credits with some of the biggest names in the industry along with some hottest radio stations in the tri-state including elite radio stations; Hot 97 fm, Power 105.1 fm and 1075 WBLS. Some of his most notable parties have been for top acts like Drake, Ciara, Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss, Cassie, Red Café, Maino, DJ Khaled, DJ Drama, Mario, ace hood, Jim Jones, Jeremih, day 26, DJ Webstar, Tyga, young money entertainment, Ron Brownz, Cassidy, NFL athletes, NBA stars, video vixens, urban magazine models and many more. Each and every week you can catch his name on some of the tri-state area’s top nightlife websites. DJ Pinnacle has a bright future ahead of him, with god, hard work and determination; he can do anything.
