The cardinals at the Vatican have chosen their new Pope and he has accepted the position. We are still waiting to find out who it is. I’m Orthodox, so it really doesn’t matter who is chosen (religiously speaking).
I’m mostly just happy that this non-stop coverage will soon end. It seems like it has taken forever to chose a successor. Chances are the new pope will once again not be Italian. I think it will either be the cardinal from Argentina or the one from Ghana.
