I know what you're thinking...it's like wearing socks with sandals or not wearing pink on Wednesdays ..you just don't do it. However, for some reason, this Fall/Winter white is completely socially acceptable. In fact, it's one of this seasons most popular colors. Take that Gretchen Wieners. If you're going to wear white after Labor Day you need to do it right. First off, you need to incorporate a fall/winter piece. In my case I used a heavy sweater. Second, you cannot use any type of bright colors in the outfit. Third, pair white pants with a neutral pair of booties when wedges or open toed pumps are no longer acceptable. And lastly, tell anyone who says you can't wear white after labor day that they are wrong! After all, if Lucky and Cosmo say you can do it, then it must be true. Right??
