Never Sourced - Never Chill-Filtered. Distillers Cut is an exercise in the art of blending by utilizing varying malts, cask types and finishing methods, all to showcase cask strength single malt whiskey.Our third release (Batch# 18-1) of Distiller's Cut features a blend of whiskey finished in ex-bourbon casks. Our most robust blend to date, this release prominently features notes of smoked Madagascar Vanilla, followed by dried apricot.We view this bit of big flavor, high-octane pre-gaming as our warm-up before the main event. Cause you know, we're the professional athletes of the drinking world!
