Which MK Responded to the Petition of the Residents of RBS C?

this is weird. The residents of RBS C have complained to the city about the lack of sports facilities in the neighborhood, leaving thousands of kids with nothing to do and nowhere to let out their energy. After receiving no response, they extended their complaint, started a petition, and sent their letters to the mayor, the Interior Minister and other MKs. The only one to respond was MK Dov Khenin - a Jewish member of the Joint Arab List party.
Khenin responds with a letter to the mayor, Moshe Abutbol, expressing the importance of the matter and requesting that Abutbol get involved in the matter.
