Where Will Queen Elizabeth II Spend the Holidays?

After long isolation in Windsor, for the Queen Elizabeth II the time for summer holidays has finally come. But what are Her Majesty's plans to face the hottest months of the year? Fortunately, the slow retreat of the wave of coronavirus infections has allowed His Majesty to exit the self-imposed quarantine and allow himself the usual transfer from Balmoral. Unlike the previous years, however, His Majesty's holidays in this 2020 will be characterized by the presence of the other members of the Royals, specifically William, Kate and the grandchildren, who will spend their summer in Balmoral.

Unfortunately, however, according to what the The Sunday Times, there will be no opportunity to live all together: for security reasons the Queen and Prince Phillip will continue to maintain a regime of semi-isolation surrounded by a small number of staff members.

For health reasons, moreover, there will be no occasion for the Queen to spend the summer in the company of the other grandchildren, Harry, Meghan and little Archie, who, being in one of the epicenters of the pandemic, will not return to the United Kingdom until the emergency is over.

For the Queen, however, it will be an opportunity to relax given her passion for Balmoral where she can spend time between the green of Scotland and her favorite activities
