Given what today is I wanted to do my part in remembering. I’m going further into my archives and taking an image this week that is not on my computer, but is saved in my other files. You do not have to do the same. You can take a photo from the folder number I use from my other files or if you choose you can pick a photo which you feel represents 9/11. Next week we will be back to our regularly scheduled program. Also celebrating one year of Where Were You Wednesday.

Rules
Just a reminder of the rules:
- Only PG-rated photos. Nothing that would be inappropriate for children to see because I often have children around.
- If your folder doesn’t go as high as the number picture I choose, or you don’t have a folder number then go with the last photo in the folder or the last folder.
- If you don’t feel comfortable posting a photo because it has children in it who aren’t your own or something, then please feel free to go onto the next photo. I’d rather have you join than not and the whole point of this is to start conversations.
- Please check out the other blogs on the linky. We’re not going to be able to start fun conversations about why pictures were taken if we don’t look at each others pictures.
- The linky will remain open for a week so you can add your link anytime within that week.
Where Were You Wednesday
This week we are in my special folder number 5 image number 7.
In 2010 we went to New Jersey for my cousin’s wedding. Before we headed home we took a trip to the statue of liberty. On the New Jersey side of the harbor they had up this memorial to the twin towers which were destroyed in the attack on 9/11.
