At first glance, you might think it was in the Hamodia or Yated Neeman, or any of the many other papers throughout the modern Haredi media... but it was not. It displayed in the Israel Hayom paper. one hint would be the little girl under the two fathers.
Pretty similar picture inclusion, but clearly each is painting a different picture and trying to portray something very different from the other.
