For those of you who are unaware how and where to watch the PlayStation announcement that will most likely be the PS4 announcement here is some information for you.
The announcement will start at 11.00pm GMT, 12.00am CET or 10.00am Sydney (21st Feb). You can watch it via the normal PlayStation website or the Streaming service, Twitch.
