Where To Download CMAT Examination Admit Card?

Ending the excitement of the aspirants, the NTA (National Testing Agency) has announced the date of release of the admit cards for CMAT examination. Since the admit card is an important credential to make the student eligible for appearing in the examination, NTA has issued it online for its fair and convenient allocation. The admit cards will be available online from 24th December of 2019 on the official website of NTA. As the examination is scheduled to take place on 28th January 2020, a healthy gap of one month has been offered to the participants to download the admit cards in their own accessibility.CMAT happens to be one of the important tests all over India and NTA has taken enough steps to make the process as simple and comprehensive as possible considering its importance.

The CMAT has announced certain prerequisites for the examination to be held in January 2020. First and foremost, Admit Card is compulsory. Apart from uploading the admit card on its official website, NTA has also planned to mail admit cards to email address of the students as provided by them during the application fill up process so that aspirants can download from there as well. For downloading admit card from the official website of NTA students are required to enter their correct email id, security pin and password without any hassle.

Steps to download CMAT admit card

You must follow the below steps to download your admit card without any kind of inconvenience.

Step 1: Visit the link on the official website of NTA (from the date it has mentioned to be).

Step 2: Enter the application number on your application form, correct security pin, and password.

Step 3: Wait for the screen to show you the admit card with your picture over there.

Click on 'Download admit card.'

Step 5: Take the print of the admit card. You must keep 2-3 printouts of the admit card for future reference.

Details available on the Admit card

You will find the following details on your admit card -

  1. Photo of the candidate
  2. Name of the candidate
  3. CMAT roll number
  4. Date and time of the test
  5. Reporting time at the venue
  6. Exam venue address
  7. A brief instruction about the examination for the candidate

Once you complete the downloading procedure, you must check for any informational errors in your admit card that may bar you from entering into the examination hall. As the information printed is auto-generated from your inputs during application fill-up process, there can be some errors in the typing. So students are requested to check the correctness immediately. A simple error in the admit card can prohibit the student from entering into the examination hall.

  • Check the spelling of your name. It should be accurate as the name filled up in the applicant form.
  • Also check the date of the examination, timing and venue.
What to do if you find errors in the admit card?

As there is no direct helpline number provided by the NTA, you can follow any of the above to circumvent the issue. However, make sure to take action as soon as possible without waiting for the last moment hassle.

Instructions for the examination day
  • You should reach the examination centre two hours before the commencement of the exam.
  • Also, carry your admit card (Two copies) along with your photo ID (Original and photocopy) to the exam hall.
  • Don't sign the admit card prior to the commencement of the examination. The procedure should be completed in front of the invigilator of the examination.
  • Don't carry any pen or paper for rough work as these will be provided inside the examination centre, and you are supposed to submit those rough papers along with your answer paper before leaving the exam hall.
